How to File a Complaint

    We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days of receiving it.

    A written response will be provided within 30 days. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and communicate our findings and any corrective actions taken.

    Escalation to FSRA

    If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
